Refund policy
We want you to cherish your VAFARA item as much as we do – from design to wear. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we offer a full refund when the item is returned in its original condition with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

VAFARA Guarantee:
We are dedicated to delivering the highest-quality jewelry, which is why we offer a 12-month VAFARA Guarantee for all purchases. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement, free of charge. Please note, this warranty does not cover user-inflicted damage, such as scratches or accidental breakage. Our VAFARA Guarantee applies exclusively to products purchased directly via our website. For products bought through our retail partners, please refer to their return policy.
Return Exceptions:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as items on sale/clearance) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
VAFARA Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
BUY ONE GET ONE FREE RETURNS:
For Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers, a refund is eligible only when both items are returned. If only one item is returned, we reserve the right to reject the request until the second item is returned. Returns are not accepted for items purchased as part of the bundle deal with custom products or earrings.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days upon receipt at our warehouse. Once the refund is issued, you’ll receive an email notification. Please allow an additional 5 working days for the funds to clear into your account, as processing times vary based on your bank. If 5 working days have passed and you haven’t received the funds, kindly contact your bank directly.
